PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Pulaski County Special School District is unable to host onsite flu clinics for the 2020-2021 school year. However, the following local Health Units  will offer flu vaccinations at their clinic for PCSSD students and staff.

Each health unit flu vaccination procedure and hours of operation vary. Full details for each clinic can be found online. Click here to view the details in English and click here to view the details in Spanish.

The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) will provide flu packets to PCSSD. Students and staff should bring completed flu form to the specified local health unit location when getting a flu shot. Each school packet should include the following:

For Students

  • Name
  • Grade
  • Name of School
  • LEA# 6003095

For Staff

  • Employee Name
  • Where you work

Please have your flu form and identification when you arrive. Flu shots will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
