October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Teachers who witness bullying should intervene immediately, assure the bullied child that it is not their fault, and address the behavior with the bully.
Today kicks off Red Ribbon Week. Today is Be Someone’s Hero - Stand up Against Bullying and Drugs. Students were encouraged to dress like a superhero or a community hero like first responders, military service members, Superman, Wonder Woman, etc.) Mrs. Thomas is proud to stand with her drug-free army!
