Good morning, Pine Forest Family! Our flu shot clinic will be on Tuesday October 29 from 9am-11am. Parents are not required to be here with students to get the flu shot, but forms must be filled out completely and signed, or the student will not get the flu shot. This includes the bottom part of the front page of the packet and the entire health department form. Flu forms will be given to teachers this afternoon and should come home with students on Wednesday. Please have the completed forms turned back in by Monday October 21. Feel free to contact Nurse Bynum if you have any questions. Thank you.
