As a part of AVID, students and staff at Pine Forest Elementary highlighted The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff for our February college highlight day. Students learned about UAPB, had the chance to win small prizes from the university, and all went home with a UAPB athletics poster. We all enjoyed getting to highlight this university for February and learn about their rich history. We are also very thankful for everyone at UAPB who helped gather and donate small prize items, shirts for some teachers, informational brochures and posters for our students making this month's highlight extra special.
